In the organisation and implementation of its activities, the Park Orchards North Ringwood Parish Junior Football Club (PONRPJFC) will be governed by compliance to its core values.
Our core values are:
- We promote junior football under the AFL banner. We nurture the development and improvement of football skills and promote good sportsmanship, temperament, teamwork, and character in all our players.
- We encourage participation, regardless of ability. We want kids to enjoy playing and keep winning in perspective. We respect others including umpires, opponents, and fellow players at ALL times. We do not tolerate any forms of verbal, racial and physical abuse at any time - pre, during or post game.
- We encourage community spirit within our PONRPJFC. We achieve our aims with and through our club families and community. Our operation is only possible through the ongoing support of parents. Teams need a Coach, Assistant Coach, Trainer and Team Manager. All parents are rostered for match day duties, on the field.
- Fun and enjoyment drives our Club. PONRPJFC is about everybody involved with the Club enjoying themselves and having fun.
